Jumpe Class

Jumpers or rebound shoes are boots that have 2 opposing arches on the bottom that allow you to bounce when you jump with them. The rebound system prevents the impact of each jump against the ground from being transmitted to your body and allows you to jump smoothly almost as if you were floating or walking on a mattress, it is like having a mini trampoline on each foot. 

Jumpers are used to practice the discipline of rebound exercise. It is a fun, very safe and effective activity to get in shape. The perceived effort when wearing the jumpers is less than with other types of footwear thanks to the cushioning of 80% of the impact that is not transmitted to the joints. This greatly reduces occasional and chronic fatigue, better results are obtained in terms of bodybuilding, especially in the lower body, and greater fat loss is achieved with less training time.

Jump Fit Class

It is a discipline created in 2001 in Brazil on the principles of aerobic exercises with a trampoline or trampoline, with the aim of minimizing the impact on the joints and make classes more dynamic.

The sessions of this discipline last 45 or 60 minutes, with background music to guide each exercise and with variations in the intensity of the movements. In recent years there has been an increase in interest from gyms and sports lovers. Today it is practiced in 30 countries and is emerging as an alternative to conventional aerobic exercises.

 

The classes are led by a coach, who is also responsible for selecting the musical tracks that serve as accompaniment. These, in theory, help guide the movements and set the pace to go from medium to high intensity.
